  I recently had my suite delivered and I love it. I have never bought a suite before where I haven't seen it fully made up in a showroom. At Flanagan's I got to choose the style and fabrics (of which there is a huge selection) for the sofas and the scatter cushions. At the time of ordering there was a 16 week wait and I'm pleased to say it was delivered on time and worth the wait. Their sales guy was very helpful and patient while I choose and it is a very well made piece of furniture.

  I've never had a worse customer experience in my entire life. After purchasing an item online (which never arrived) I was blatently lied to, fobbed off, ignored and disrespected. I was promised call backs on numerous occasions that never materialised, when I'd call back they'd say no one received my call. They had me wait at home for an entire Saturday for an item that never arrived, no apologies - no one was even available to speak to me at 3:30 that Saturday - the girl on the phone said she was alone in the office and the shop was closed. I was also told the owners phone was broken. Yeah right closed on Saturday afternoon! a lie she was caught out on when I spoke to the owner on his phone later that day....after jamming up their phone line and refusing to wait for a call back! I gave them chance after chance to deliver the item but it never materialised. They didn't care at all even after all the drama about call backs and updates it was always me calling looking for information! Over the 3 months I must have called 50 times or more!
  Moral of the story - go else where! Actually you'd probably be better off making the furniture yourself
